"The lawsuit filed by 22 members against the IHBPA and IHBPA management has been resolved pursuant to a voluntary settlement agreement between the parties. On April 22, 2016, the Circuit Court of Madison County issued an order granting final approval of that settlement."

"The ITHA is proud to announce a new policy that will be in place for the upcoming Arlington meet regarding our horse retirement program - Galloping Out.

As part of our recently signed contract, the ITHA and AP have agreed that all willing owners participating in the race meet this year will have a $5 per start charitable donation charged to their owner's account. For every $5 that is donated, Arlington Park will match the donation."
