Churchill Downs Expands Casino Holdings, Will Pay Up to $500M for Rivers Casino Near Chicago

Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI) will pay up to $500 million to acquire a majority stake in the Rivers Casino in the Chicago suburb of Des Plaines.
