The Churchill Downs Racing Club, which has enjoyed major success this season with graded stakes winner Warrior’s Club, added to its holdings at the Fasig-Tipton Midlantic 2-year-old sale. The Club purchased an Algorithms colt, already named Distant Shore, for $50,000 from the consignment of Eddie Woods. The colt, who will be trained by Tom Amoss, is the first foal out of the winning Touch Gold mare Glimpse.
