Prairie Meadows is gearing up to reopen for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic began. The casino will open its doors Monday at 8 a.m. and the horse racing season begins June 19. Due to social distancing, customers will find only half of Prairie Meadows’ 2,000 gaming machines open on the casino floor.
