Kentucky tax incentives enacted to assist Keeneland when the Lexington track hosted the 2015 Breeders' Cup event are now permanent, as a result of a bill signed into law earlier this week by Governor Matt Bevin. Churchill Downs in Louisville will host the 2018 Breeders' Cup this year on Nov. 2 and 3.
