The 2019 Fonner Park live racing season is approaching faster than World Famous Sam T coming down the stretch of a four-furlong stakes race. It’s less than a month before Fonner begins its 31-day live racing meet on Feb. 22. Things are still a bit slow at the Grand Island track, but the pace will pick up significantly in a couple of weeks.
