Northville Downs in Michigan announced on Friday that the track has signed a long-term lease to continue harness racing operations through 2024. A previous announcement in 2018 had indicated that the land would be sold and redeveloped into high-end housing, reports clickondetroit.com, but the new lease will continue operations at the Northville location.
