Report confirms Ellis Park to be sold to New Mexico company

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - A new report has confirmed Ellis Park will be sold to a New Mexico company. The Pressbox reports that a source close to the situation says on June 18th the Kentucky Racing Commission may hear and consider the sale of Ellis Park and all of its affiliated property in Henderson to the Laguna Development Corporation, located near Albuquerque, NM.
