Jessica Green has been named senior director of finance and administration at the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association. Green joins TOBA from Lexmark International where she was a corporate reporting analyst. Green has extensive experience within the Thoroughbred industry, as she spent 17 years in the Keeneland finance department, rising from staff accountant to treasurer.
